What happens when you don't renew your Lens subscription
If your organization has decided not to renew your Lens subscription, you have a 30 day grace period following the last day of your contract. During this grace period, you will have access to any information in your Lens account, but you won’t be able to order any additional high-resolution commercial imagery. After this grace period, you will no longer have access to your Lens account.
Due to budgeting cycles or other circumstances, we understand that some organizations may have a lapse in their Lens subscription before they are able to renew.
